The Custom Pack Creator is available as a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Access to paid features is tied to your account and may be revoked if a transaction is reversed or fraudulent.
You retain ownership of the custom question packs you create. By creating content, you represent that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Custom packs are stored on our servers and linked to your account, and remain private to you.
The Service, including its design, standard question packs, branding, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Conversation outcomes from using the game are entirely your own.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
